Increasing entrepreneurial competences of students through a practical approach

EASIP COMP project aims at reinforcing the entrepreneurship competence among university students through workplace learning, in line with the European strategy.

Students self-assessment of 15 EntreComp entrepreneurship competences
One of the main activities in this first year of the project was working on student self-assessment of 15 EntreComp entrepreneurship competences. A long process of research and analysis about entrepreneurship competences among university students.
We provided a questionnaire of 30 questions about the 15 entrepreneurial competences according to Entrecomp framework (two questions for each competences).

The questionnaire was distributed among university students in four countries: Norway, Finland, Italy and Slovenia. In total, we received 355 completed questionnaires. We processed all data by making an analysis of distribution of answers in all four countries and a correlation analysis. In a general way students feel comfortable in most of the analysed competences.

What it is meant for “motivation and perseverance”: Be determined to turn ideas into action and satisfy your need to achieve Be prepared to be patient and keep trying to achieve your long-term individual or group aims Be resilient under pressure, adversity, and temporary failure  Hint: Stay focused and don’t give up

Hint: Make decisions dealing with uncertainty, ambiguity and risk
